Kelp pasta is an awesome, nutritious, low-calorie, gluten-free substitute for pasta. It keeps its form really well - I love the texture! It has a mild "sea/kelp" flavor which is perfect for some dishes. I found that a nut-based sauce, like tahini-garlic-lemon is especially yummy and also neutralizes the kelp flavor. It looks like a small amount in the box but it expands much more than grain-based pastas and a box is a good size meal for 3-4 people and is quite filling.

Tasty and very filling in spite of the low calories! If you eat it plain it has a slight kelp flavor, but if you add some sauce or seasoning you don’t notice anymore. It worked well in place of rice noodles in my go-to peanut noodle recipe. I also found that it’s quite nice with just some olive oil and garlic powder like in the attached photo.

I'm afraid that kelp pasta isn't my thing, though it's perfectly edible and not too saline. Still, try everything once, rigfht?

I liked the easy addition of iodine and other sea minerals to the diet. I was not crazy about the “sea” flavor, but that was perfectly well camouflaged when mixed with cream of mushroom soup. (But, the process of cleaning, cutting, cooking, storing leftovers, etc. was a bit much for someone who has lost the inclination & ability to prepare meals.)

I'm very happy to be enjoying this Gluten-free Spagetti ! I love that it is easy to prepare, and has a petite Carbon Footprint. I would caution against gluttony, as it is high in fiber, similar to Oatmeal. I usually cook a whole box, and portion it into 4 single serve containers. It stays well in the fridge for a week. Prepare yourself - it is very green ;) Elphaba would love this pasta!

Refer to the description of product. States $9.99 (4.72/oz) Only one box of Kelp pasta with 1.05 oz. in the box showed up! Disappointed with false advertising! Feel scammed and definitely not worth 9.99 & I do not even feel like trying it. Product is made in P.R.C. which is Peoples Republic of China.

Delicious and nutritious I would highly recommend this product to friends and family vegans and non vegans would love it it's so good. 😋😋 Can't wait to make another batch and share it with friends!
