Not sure if it is the real deal...
Got the herbs yesterday and brewed a tea with them. Didn’t work for bowel movements as I expected for me, but my mom said it worked for her. Not sure if I haven’t taken enough as there are no instructions on how to use them. Will need more tine to see if it makes a difference. Very bitter also, but with all that is good for you sometimes not always tastes the best!

Seems to have lots of other plant matter.
My packet seemed to have a lot of moss in it. Did not seem to help the taste. I understand wine grapes are sometimes trodden by foot, and coffee and chocolate is dried out in the open sun. But I'd rather not have floor sweepings in my drinks.

Terrible stuff
This is unlike any cascara I have had.Far too bitter.Also, it does not work eitherI would question what is in it.Tried to return but not permitted.Avoid this brand
