If I had to nitpick, the cinnamon taste might not be for everyone, but for me it’s a welcome change from the standard mint. Packaging isn't top quality but floss is fine. I like the price! Other brands are ridiculously expensive to my way of thinking. Perhaps you're paying for the container. I'm satisfied with this product, container and all. The container works. That's good enough for me!
