These are great for saving you from burning yourself on the shelves.However, they don't like to be left in when you put the oven on a self clean cycle (which the wife found out recently) hence we bought these as a replacement

My friend is very happy wit the stuff I got for her , but was not happy wit the size of the box they came & the amount of paper enclosed. If it came in an envelope it could have been a lot easier & safer. Food for though. Thank u for the prompt delivery but keep the wrapping to a better size. Please

Useful little gadgets that help to prevent burns to fingers/hands. However I would recommend using oven gloves to pull out/push in oven shelves even if these are in situ.They are a little fiddly to fix onto the edges of shelves which is why I rated 4 stars. However, once in place they stay secure.Worth investing in if, like me, you sometimes accidentally brush your hand against the front of the oven shelves and get a burn.

These little silicone straps have saved my hands so many times now! I have impaired cognitive and motor skills, which makes using the oven- though supervised - dangerous and difficult for me. I was forever catching my wrists/back of my hands on the hot shelves. Now I canbe a little more confident and have a tad more independence. A great product.

Bought these for myself and mother due to mobility issues causing burns. Easy to strech onto grid but they easily come off. They dirty quickly but are impossible to get looking brand new and remain stained, I just hope the dettol and high oven heat kills any germs.Not had as many burns but unsure if this is due to more diligence, better oven gloves or the product but I will continue to use them.
