Drawers broke first week of use and I bought for my business very disappointed about this

Does not fit men's size US 9 shoes
This shoe rack does not function as advertised. My men's size US 9 shoes (not a large size by any means) barely fit in the bottom half of each drawer and absolutely did not fit in the upper half of each drawer. I have many pairs of shoes bigger than the pair I used in the pictures and they definitely would not fit in any part of this shoe cabinet.I don't know who this shoe rack is for, but it certainly will not fit 20-24 pairs of shoes for anyone unless their feet are absolutely miniscule.The shoe rack is made of engineered wood as described. It isn't very heavy or extra sturdy but it looks nice enough. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though it took more time than I expected.
