This is no ordinary kale. Not only does it look dramatic and stunning in the vegetable or flower garden but it tastes really great too. The plants are very easy to grow and have narrow, very dark green ‘bubbly’ leaves that are textured all over. Use the young leaves in salads, or harvest en masse for soups, steaming and braising.
