Good taste not too sweet- Yes, it does curb your appetite,But be warned DON'T TAKE BEFORE GOING TO BED HUGE MISTAKE! The way this product will send you to the bathroom made me think that I had a stomach bug for the week I've been taking them to put it mildly. I took (1) before going to bed last night at 9:30pm- this is trip # 3 as I write this review from the bathroom at 3:30 am. That's the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars
