This is a lifesaver for anyone with a sore foot, ankle. There are two ice packs, use one at a time and wrap around your foot, stays in place. Very pleased with this.

I use this as a warm compress for a busted vein in my hand from an overzealous nurse. Heats up well in the microwave, stays warm 20m. It has a thumb hole to make it easy to wrap, I could do it even with my other hand in a cast. Velcro holds it in place. Also good for neck, over shoulder, or around bicep. I've never used it cold. Be sure to press it to make sure one area isn't too hot.

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing these but have been really impressed with the quality and the how easy they are to use. As a trail runner, my feet and ankles definitely take abuse. What I like about these is I can pack them with me for to aid in immediate recovery or I can use them when I need to at home. They are soft, comfortable, and are cold. They don't take up any room in the freezer and have been a great add to my recovery tool kit.

As my ankle heals after surgery, this has been the perfect icing method. It fits perfectly and sits snuggly on all the areas that need icing. Having 2 cold pads is VERY helpful also because I can keep them in rotation. Thank you!
