Good, long cooking time
Used for making home made baked beans. They need a good, long soak, followed by a good, long cook. (I soaked in tap water for thirty six hours, and baked for six hours).

Nice small size beans. Not keen on the plastic packaging. Useful for stocks, stews and soups.
