My girls wanted to pratice tap at home and this was a great way for them to. The board is very large and does not fold up. However it is lightweight and can be carried easily. The sound is great for tap. My girls love it a great gift for any dancer ( if you have space to store it)

This was a gift for a promising tap dancer.This will also keep the hardwood floors from being damaged.She loved it.

This board fulfills several requirements I had. For context I use it mainly for practicing Mexican Folkloric dancing, which is a lot of bouncing and stomping.-It is thick,-It doesn't slip/move about on the floor. I was curious if the padding would be bouncy or slippery and if the placement might make the board fell uneven if you step all the way to the edge, but no such problems. Board stays in plance and feels even 100% of the time even though I'm a heavy adult. (my weight doesn't make it tip or lift)-Excellent floor protection, the underpads are placed well, thick and good material, my floors will not get scratched.-not only protects the floor but dancer's body, much better to step on wood than on hard floor.

I ordered the Koretech tap board for my teenage daughter who is a competitive dancer. The sound quality of this board is great when tapping! Downside is the board is bulky and hard to store &/or transport. She has seen tap boards elsewhere that fold up easily and she wishes this one did the same. While the size makes it hard to store, it definitely does give more surface area to tap on, which really is the whole point!Overall, this is a great product for anyone who loves to tap!

This is a fantastic beginners tap board. It's large enough to practice all the basic moves and a little choreography. I am just learning so this is perfect for me as i'm not ready for full dances where i'm moving around a lot. I just practice the basics and this is excellent for that.I love that it has padding on the underside as I use this on wood floor and don't want to damage it. It also helps absorb the shock of me tapping all over it. Speaking of, the sound quality is excellent as well! It provides a base for clear, beautiful taps. I did notice that there were dents/scratches after a few sessions of stomping, but that's to be expected.I also love that it has a cut-out handle on the top for easy carrying. This sometimes gets in the way of my tapping, but I appreciate the handle so much that I don't mind - it's an acceptable trade-off. It's not too heavy either and I have no problem carrying it around from room to room.This is excellent for beginners and I highly recommend it!

The fitness exercise board is stable and non-slip. The exercise board fits very well after installation. It is very easy to use. You can move it to the desired position by yourself. The quality is also very good. The exercise board has no problem bearing weight. An adult male can jump and move on it without any problems. I am satisfied with the product.The fitness exercise board is of very good quality. The hardness is much higher than the mat I bought before. It is very thick, strong and heavy. It is easy to clean, has no odor, is large enough, and is also non-slip. It is a must-have artifact for exercise! The key is that it is not easy to slip during exercise. It is safe and comfortable when doing exercise. The size is just right for my wife to do aerobics.

My granddaughter does all kinds of dance, but most recently is learning clogging. Her mom said she about drives her crazy with her constant foot stomping, but that's part of the deal - practice. I told her I had heard from a friend that they have practice boards for dancers she should try. So, we looked around and found this one that got good reviews. As my granddaughter was going to be spending time here at our ranch for about a week and a half over Christmas break, I was quite sure I didn't want her practicing her clogging on my hand-scraped wood floors (nor did I think my old ears could handle the noise)! Thankfully, here in north Texas, it was warm enough that she could take her practice board outside and spend several hours practicing!

It's a little heavy for me to be really "portable".However, if I move around the house is no problem.I wish I could fold it but maybe this is more stable!?
