Good quality and nice colors

Tremendous color choices

This has a lot of colors but in testing all in same color family were very similar and it was hard to deepen the color for a buttercream. Worked as most food coloring and a little less than gels. Have not tried other uses yet but hope to see differences in other things, Royal icings etc. Did not affect the taste at all. Still a nice option for having several colors on hand. Keep in mind these are tiny bottles that you will only get a few uses from each depending on how much you use.
