This is a great camera for the money! The picture is super clear and it has a long range. I bought this to replace another camera because when my granddaughter would stay with us I would put her in the extra bedroom but that monitor would not reach to our bedroom at the other end of the house and through several walls. This one has no issue! The screen is a nice size and the interface is extremely easy to use! The battery lasts a good while on a charge also. There is also a cry detection which is nice! Would definitely buy again!!

Overall I really liked this monitor until about 4-5 months into having it. Sometimes I will turn it on and have the volume setting all the way up and either the volume won’t turn on or it will turn off while in use. I have no way of knowing this has happened and then I realize my child has been sitting awake in their crib without my knowledge. This could be very dangerous in an emergency situation! Update: when the company saw my review they offered a refund, but then ignored three of my follow up messages to receive the refund. I still have not received a refund for this purchase.

Such a great baby monitor, Crystal clear video, incredible range ( our baby room is about 140ft away with 6 walls one of which 2 are stone so range was a big deal for us) and battery life, the cry feature works pretty well. We have had infant optics, Panasonic, and mom cozy, jartoo beats them all. The only change I would make is to use a different lens, like some others have said even on the standard settings it’s “zoomed in” quite a bit so you’ll have to mount it high (my camera is at 6ft and the crib mattress is at ~8in from the ground) but this is not a dealbreaker for me. I have had it freeze a few times but I just power cycle it and it finds a new Channel and works fine. The other issue I had was the antenna broke when opening it one day. I called the jartoo support phone number which goes to a cell number, guy was super friendly and just asked for some pictures and replaced the display at no charge.

I went through two other baby monitors before landing on this one, and honestly, I should have just started here. My 15-month-old is finally sleeping through the night, and this monitor has been a huge part of giving me the confidence to let her be. The range is insane - I can literally be anywhere in our house or yard and still get a clear picture. I've walked to the mailbox and it's still connected. Our old monitor would cut out if I went to the kitchen, so this was a huge upgrade. The picture quality is really impressive, especially at night. I can actually see if her eyes are open or closed, which sounds silly but makes such a difference when you're trying to decide if you need to go in or let her settle herself. The cry detection took maybe a week to figure out her patterns, but now it's spot on. It doesn't go off for every little grunt or movement like our previous monitor did. When it alerts me, I know she actually needs something. This has saved my sleep so many times. Battery lasts forever - I think I charge it maybe twice a week? And I carry it around constantly during the day. Even forgot to charge it one night and it made it through until morning. The two-way talk is clear, though I mostly use it to shush her back to sleep without having to get up. The lullabies are actually nice - she seems to like the second one. Only tiny complaint is that the camera needs to stay plugged in, but that's not really a big deal since it sits on her dresser anyway. Would definitely recommend to other parents. It's one of those purchases that actually makes parenting a little easier.

But the night vision is what really sold me — it shows a super clear black-and-white image that’s surprisingly detailed. The setup was super easy — just plug it in and it’s ready to go. The video quality is great, and the monitor feels solid and simple to use. I love how I can check in on my baby while I’m at work — it’s comforting and fun to interact with him remotely. 💕 The two charging adapters are a really thoughtful touch too. For this price, getting something this clear, easy to install, and without any subscription is amazing. I’m really happy with this purchase!

This is my second Jartoo. The audio comes and go with no real warning. I use this to listen at night for my elderly grandfather. If he needs help in the middle of the night I need to be able to hear. For the money it should work for more than 4 months. Very frustrating.

Great camera quality but the monitor went blank and stopped working after 9 months. Other than that I loved the night vision capabilities and being able to rotate the camera to scan a room was especially helpful because it was used at night for my MIL with Alzheimer’s. I loved that it didn’t use WiFi too. This really was perfect while it lasted. I tried troubleshooting tips, unsuccessfully. I also notice extra cameras are available but not sure how to get just a replacement monitor? Back to sleepless nights until I get a replacement.

This is the best purchase! So nice not having to worry about wifi! Works really well and has been very reliable

Image quality and sound are amazing! Distance is really good but if buildings or trees are inbetween it does cut out. Split screen is a game changer versus a standard one that alternates between cameras. Customer service is also very very good to deal with if you do happen to have any issues.

I thought I was buying a brand new one and when I opened the box it was used. Finger prints all over it. Plastics removed, not charged..everything. Amazon customer service took care of me which is good. The item itself, the video is super clear but it lags and skips. Also for something that you have to put high up on the wall to see your baby, the cord is really short. Other than that, the battery life is good and its not a bad unit but kind of expensive for what it is

I received the product the day after purchase—such fast delivery! It was incredibly easy to install, and the camera quality is excellent. The audio is soft and gentle, which is perfect for not startling my baby. I can even hear my baby’s breathing through the monitor, giving me peace of mind and a real-time sense of what’s happening.

L’image de la caméra est vraiment très belle, la qualité de l’écran est excellente. Par contre, le son est extrêmement faible, même lorsque le volume est au maximum. Je dois constamment tendre l’oreille pour entendre mon bébé, ce qui n’est pas du tout rassurant. C’est pourtant une fonction de base qu’on attend d’un moniteur pour bébé… Bref, je ne recommande pas ce produit si vous avez besoin d’un son fiable et assez fort pour réagir rapidement.
