Superb knife
The knife is exceptionally sharp and has a very pleasing weight to it. The handle feels good in the hand (not slippery, or at all fragile-feeling). The knife feels very sturdy and as if it will last. It is a joy to carve with.Superb.

BEST CARVING KNIFE FROM THE SET YEARS AGO THIS ONE ALSO GOOD
Right so i bought the wole set of knifes from dolomiten inox, around 6 years maybe 5 years ago and i have very very similar carving knife already and i must say this carving knife is the best best knife i ever had i have sliced like 2 thousand turkeys past 4 xmass, sandwitches any other carving just simply amazing this knife is actually smaller i belive my first one is 12" this one is only 10 works also well very sharp but the one with 12" such a flexible blade i love this knife dolmiten please let me buy it again as i cant find it 10 is alrigt but i need same knife like from the set from years ago!! still have it and still works need another one badly lads cheers( btw u used to come sharp our knifes in lodon bridge hotel in past :P) good job

Good product
Needed a carving knife to replace one that had been in use for years. This had a serrated edge, just the right length and a very comfortable handle. Very reasonably priced and delivered on time.

great knife
this is a a great knife used it for carving beef cutting a warm loaf and sliceing veg so easy i now realise how bad my old knifes where from now on i will only use good quilty knifes

Not a substitute for the 10" victorinox.
This is not a victorinox knife, I have been using the 10" version, this compares it's style to, for over 20 years as a pro chef. The blade is thicker, therefore does not slice onions, for example, thinly, in the manner I am used to. However, it will be great as a bread knife, and meats, along with other similar structured foods. Obviously, as it is new, time will tell if the steel if good and lasting. At a £10 saving, I would not be substituting my victorinox for the previously mentioned tasks, no way. I will get use out of this though for other product, but you cannot, yet beat the superb victorinox 10" for multitasking, in my opinion.

Razor Sharp.
I was fed using old carving knives to carve my joints of meat,so I decided to order a 10" serrated carving knife-pointed tip- victorinox style off Amazon on Christmas day it was delivered on the 29th used it to carve pork and beef joints left over from Christmas for stirfry and we were delighted at it's performance.Recommended by Mike&Kate
