Q: Are these arrows hollow or solid plastic end to end?

solid plastic with metal heads/tips and if you use them on a soft target they'll last many shots I have only tried once on a solid target 1/2 sheet of plywood the arrows head went thru it and didn't damage the arrow at all.

Q: Will these work with pse pistol crossbow? i can't seem to find specifically for it.

Yes, the Plastic Arrow will work on pistol crossbow.

Q: are they flexible shafts

they are flexible, but you will only get 1-3 shots off with the same one then toss it in the trash because they break at the tip where it attaches to the metal tip.

Q: Can you unscrew the tips to attatch a less sharp field tip for target practice?

No, the tips are glued onto a molded end of the arrow. The tips do occasionally come off when prying the arrow out of a hard target (eg. a tree).
