I hoped for better with this. I struggled to get the screw tightened enough so that the blade doesn’t move.

Completely useless. The blades don't fit tje handle. Very dangerous to try and force a blade in. Would return but would cost more in time/energy. Avoid and look somewhere else.

Grazie ad Amazon ho potuto conoscere e provare questo mini taglierino la cui realizzazione risulta molto ben curata. L’incavo è sagomato perfettamente sulla larghezza della lametta, cosa che la farà scorrere ma non muovere di lato. Sul retro poi troviamo una calamitina incastonata che ci permetterà di attaccare il porta lama in ogni parte della cucina o laboratorio, ad esempio il frigo o la macchina del gas, così da averla sempre sotto mano! Voglio dare un consiglio, nel primo utilizzo bagnate con una goccia di olio, anche quello da cucina va bene, la vite del ferma lama. Aiuterà la stessa a scorrere e risulterà più semplice aprire e chiudere la lametta. Nella confezione troviamo anche un pacchetto con ben 10 lamette nuove e un foglio di istruzioni.

I had high hopes for this one, but will return it due to lack of quality and functionality. In my case, the screw did not fit the screw hole - I tried multiple times, but could not get it in more than shown in the attached picture. Hence, the product does not fulfill its purpose.

Tener una cuchilla para greñar el pan es un imprescindible para todo panadero casero que se precie. Gracias a ellas guiamos que el pan estalle por donde nosotros queremos realizando un corte profundo. Al mismo tiempo, mediante cortes superficiales podemos hacer dibujos en el pan. En este caso estamos ante un mango elegante, en madera, que nos permite greñar con precisión y sin riesgo de cortarnos. La cuchilla queda fija y vienen recambios para poder desechar las que se vayan quedando más viejas. Muy contenta con la adquisición.

I was looking for a new lame because I missed placed my other one. So I wanted one that was magnetic and easy to use. I have grandkids that come over so being able to lock the blade was an added benefit. Not to mention even if they happened to unlock it, they would still need to slide the blade out. It won’t just come out by itself. This fits perfectly in my hand and allows me to design away on my sourdough. So far I have dropped a couple times and it’s been able to withstand that. This is a very durable lame for the price I paid. I love the safety features that went into making this so your noting having accidental cuts. The Cole of the wood is beautiful I will match any kitchen scheme. My lame hangs out on my stainless steel refrigerator and I get asked by people what it is. What’s so nice about this lame is that it is multifunctional. I have used it to open bags to cereal or make quick cuts in wax paper. Yes it’s a bread lame but sometimes I miss placed my scissors.
