My husband is absolutely thrilled with this electric scooter! It’s super high quality and can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour, which is quite thrilling. It’s also very quiet, which is a huge plus. He’s been using it daily and loves how smooth and reliable it is. Definitely a great purchase!

My son was very excited when this arrived. But first, we couldn't get the stand to click into place. The instruction "manual" was absolutely worthless and the suggestions online of what the issue could be were not helpful. Eventually I figured out what needed to be adjusted and we fixed that. But then we saw one tire was deflated, and the tire was no longer in the groove of the tire. It is impossible to stretch back into place - perhaps if the tire is removed, but I don't know how to do that and am not going to start taking apart a brand new scooter that shouldn't have this issue. The agent I spoke with wasn't helpful and I have not heard from their support email yet. Clearly this scooter wasn't inspected before it was shipped and now my confidence in the overall prodcut has been shaken. Of course this is happening on a Friday so I won't hear back until Tuesday (holiday). If I don't get a very easy solution I will be returning this and not replacing it.

At first the Handle bar was bar to adjust and I had to readjust the screw dither in to tuck in the handle. After that was done the e scooter was a great price and speed. It also has decent suspension not bad not great. It’s battery last around 15-18 miles, and goes 22 mph. Overall a good e scooter for many would recommend for other people

For the price you can’t beat it, this thing is fast and budget friendly. I purchased the I9M for my daughter and ended up buying another for myself. It comes mostly assembled just need to put the handle bars on and charge it. The app can be a bit wonky I recommend using the Tuya Smart app instead of the MiniRobot app it recommends in the manual. I would 100% recommend this scooter to any one.

I bought this scooter for a grandson. I am a mechanical engineer and have a fairly good understanding of proper machining and assembly methods. Also, I have owned and repaired many bicycles. So, when the grandson and two flat tires on the same rear wheel within a day, I got suspicious that something in the wheel might be cutting the inner tube. Sure enough, both inner tubes were cut on the same side of the valve stem. ( see photo ) When the tire was taken off for the second time, I inspected the hole in the wheel for the valve stem to poke through. What a joke. It had sharp edges on both sides of the hole. No smoothing of jagged edges. This is why the inner tubes were failing; they were being cut by the wheel. I also noticed that this hole in the wheel for the valve stem was drilled to one side. It was not centered on the wheel rim. I'm certain that this was done so you had some hope of getting air into the tire and so a cheaper inner tube could be used....one with a straight valve stem, namely, one that come out of the inner tube at the 12:00 o'clock position. If it were up to me, I would have drilled the hole in the wheel at 12:00 o'clock and used an inner tube with an angles stem. This would prevent undo force on the valve stem. Also, all holes that have rubber parts going through them should have edges rounded so not to cut the rubber. It's details like this that make a purchase regrettable instead of a pleasure. As for my overall impression of the I9M Scooter: 1) It does work. 2) The assembly manual is terrible and available online only. 3) Some screws for the handlebar didn't fit. 4) The latch to hole the folding handlebar secure was too hard to snap closed and had to be adjusted. 5) To fix the flat tires you have to remove (destroy) the stickers on the sides of the bike to find the hidden screws to take off the side covers. I have to watch videos to find out how to take off the wheels. 6) Never buy e-scooters with inflatable tires! Go for the semi-solid tires to avoid flats. I bought the inflatable tire to get a better ride quality. 7) Buy an e-scooter through Amazon only and buy the extended warranty. I'm thinking these scooter companies are not responsive quality issues, maybe. I haven't called them.

Do not buy - the tires in my son’s scooter have become flat 4 times in the past 6 months. The tires are horrible quality and are already bald, he only rides it to and from school (and it’s mostly out of commission due to having flat tires). The replacement inner tubes cost 30-40 dollars, which has to be 2-3 times markup. You cannot replace the bald tires, there’s no manufacturer option. On top of that - the inner tube replacement is actually horrible and they were in no way designed with that in mind - it requires complete disassembly. Avoid this brand at all costs. All they had to was deliver with permanent tires - it’s a scooter for heavens sake….but they prefer to price gauge you on the maintenance.

Battery died 6 months and 2 weeks after purchasing. Even though all over the website is touts 12 month warranty - read the fine print! Battery is only covered for 6 months. I would go another route if I had the chance to do all over again. Other cons - Bluetooth is useless. App is awful. Pros - responsive customer support - though not very helpful for calling it "VIP". Scooter operates mostly as expected.
