This Liquid Smoke is a real deal. You can't find a better price anywhere else. The ingredient list is very simple and there are no additives in it. You only need a little and it goes a long way. So, this will last a long time.I got this specifically to make Kahlua Pig in the slow cooker and it came out perfect.It came nice and sealed and was delivered quickly! Smells as liquid smoke should with no chemical type weird smell.

Taste is unreal- it is so quick and easy to give any meal an explosion of backyard flavor! Just pour a drop onto any meat (must be careful to not do too much!) and your food will taste incredible! The ingredients provide a Smokey bbq flavor that is hard to replicate without a charcoal grill (though I use mine on the grill for even more flavor!) Price is fantastic as well- the bottle has lasted several months. The only issue is that it does not come with a stopper or anything to regulate the flow of product, so it is very easy to poor too much. It would be nice if they had something to prevent it from pouring out so fast.

You can't expect much from liquid smoke. If you can't get real smoke this is a good alternative. You get a light smokey taste so dont expect much. Better than no smoke.
