Expiry date on mine is 12/2023, my cats will have eaten long before then lo! !

They are cat treats . So I don't doubt that they would be any use for getting rid of Plaque or smelly breath.

Are these okay for kittens 8 weeks of age?

I personally wouldn't give them to such young kittens. They can be quite chewy.
