This was bought as a gift for my daughter’s best friend’s birthday and she loves it. It has a really rich, solid feel to the binding and a sturdy clasp that was easy to undo without feeling fragile. The paper inside is lined and has a “dated” feel to it and is thick enough to be able to write on both sides without bleeding through. The design on the front was stunning and very tactile. My daughter was quite envious of her friend but is chuffed that her friend hopes to keep it for special memories and keepsakes.A fantastic buy!!
