Yes! Per FDA Regulations, OS-01 FACE SPF(OS-01 SHIELD) passed the Broad Spectrum Test in 21 CFR 201.327(j). Additionally, OS-01 FACE SPF(OS-01 SHIELD) is rated PA+++, indicating that it provides high UVA protection.

How much should I use?

You should apply 2 mg per square centimeter of surface area to receive the SPF on the label. Though face sizes and the areas to which you apply vary, this works out to be a little less than ¼ teaspoon for your face on its own for most people.

How often is it recommended I reapply?

We recommend applying liberally to the face (and neck and chest if desired) as the last step in your skincare routine, before makeup and 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours.
