Easily dissolves
I take supplements everyday and this has made it easier to take daily. I like that it tastes good and dissolves very well in my water without clumping up. I usually take this in the afternoon to get my energy level up. This is great for my skin health and the quality is great. It has been affective and I will be continuing to take it daily.

Strong taste
The powder dissolves easily in water. I did find the taste a bit strong on its own, so mixing it with a flavored drink makes it much more palatable. I’ve felt that my body handles everyday stress a bit better since starting this supplement. Its powerful antioxidant properties are a definite plus.

Taste amazing.
I am not sure if it did helped. But I noticed that I have gained more energy after finishing the first jar. My skin looks and feels smooth but it could also be in contribution of all other things that I have been doing to my skin. The taste is great too. It has this smoothy consistency and when mix with milk, it's a bomb! Overall I love this product. Also, my daughter is drinking this glutaboost and we both love it.
