Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days. Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product.

First - all the pics people have posted of the inside paint flaking off are true and that starts happening immediately after the first few uses. I had it about a year and used it almost daily. Sometimes towels were hot - sometimes they were barely warm - and sometimes had super hot spots but also bone cold spots. BUT NOW FOR THE FIRE DANGER - one day it hadn’t been used at all and I walked into the bathroom and when I went near the towel warmer it was putting off heat like a freaking space heater. The lights were NOT on on the unit and it was making an electric ticking sound like it would when it was actually turned on, except the ticks were much faster. I opened the lid and the fumes that hit me in the face were shocking. The bottom plastic area was warped and melting and you could see the actual fumes coming out into the room. The outside of the machine was so hot I could barely pick it up and take it out of the room after unplugging it. THANK GOD I was home and I can’t even begin to imagine the devastation in my life if this piece of junk burst into flames and killed my two fur babies while I was gone. I don’t know how this company is allowed to sell something so life threatening on Amazon.

We purchased this towel warmer and used it daily during cold weather periods, but not at all during warm seasons. The tower warmer stopped working about 16 months after we purchased it, out of the warranty period. I did a bit of research an found that others had similar issues. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked that they honor their warranty given our experience was apparently a common one likely due to a manufacturing or design issue even though we were 4 months past the warranty expiration. They asked us for a few questions and pictures, approved the warranty claim promptly once that information was provided, and sent us a new unit at their cost. So, (a) I want to call out a company for doing the right thing and being responsive, (b) recommend the product during the period that it worked property, but (c) am withholding 5 stars because there appears to be some manufacturing or design issues.

My husband bought this as an early birthday present for me to have as I was recovering from hip surgery. I love, love love this towel warmer! I am always cold especially in the cold, damp northeast winters. Full disclosure, I have only used it in my "warm bathroom" with the shower stall. That bathroom has plenty of room to store under the pedestal sink and the cord is long enough to move the unit closer to the shower stall for easy to reach access. It is a very large for my regular size bath towel, turbin hair towel and my first layer of clothing. The ONLY thing to watch out for is the power button is sensitive to turn off. There is nothing worse than thinking your towels are warm and realize you inadvertently turned the unit off. It feels oh so decadent.... But, It makes me happy and grateful every single time I use it!

Happy wife, happy life. Works great just won’t accommodate 2 bath sheets but towels it will. Pto tip: Put your clothes under the towel and have warm clothes after you dry off.

Overview: This is definitely a great gift choice if you're trying to find a gift for someone who likes to take some time and relax with a hot shower. This Towel warmer will give them the spa like experience. Shipping: 10/10 the unit was shipped in its Carton box and it was packaged well so on arrival it was in perfect condition. Product: 7.5/10 There are some gripes I have with this product. First off the unit was not 100% level so it would teeter back and forth on the floor. It didn't matter where you put it and there was no way to adjust for it. Only solution would be to get some soft foot pads and offset the tilt. Secondly, the Timer isn't the most user intuitive and the interface isn't as well. To turn the unit on you have to long press it, must be a safety feature. You can then set your timer at 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 Minutes which will determine after how many minutes the unit shuts off. However as you move from 45 -> 30 min the indicator light remains on the 45min mark so you don't know if there is 15 or 30 min left on the timer. There is this clicking.... I can't really put my finger on what is causing this maybe the coils or something within the unit but ever so often when the unit is powered on there is this clicking noise as the unit is turning on and off its coils its fairly loud like a faucet dripping water. You'll notice this when you are heating your towels but it becomes non-existent when you are showering. Last and Most importantly the Heating. The Heating function is great when it works, the bucket is able to hold blankets / 2x towels / etc. However, the heating isn't 100% even. The top of the bucket heats a lot faster than the bottom and often times the heat doesn't permeate all the way through the towel or blanket your heating. So you'll run into an issue where one side of the towel is hot and the other is cool or warm at best. Summary: Great gift, wish they fixed some of the issues here but its passable. Would recommend to other Amazon Adventurers looking for a suitable gift in the holidays.

Love love, love this, especially in the winter. you can put your towel, your robe and your slippers inside at the same time . Highly recommend and perfect as a gift.

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. If you want to see another review check out “the hot tub lady” on YouTube and her video about the best accessories for owning a hot tub. It’s that is what motivated me to buy this! I’m very happy with my purchase!

Not a good quality ! Do not waste your money

Bought for Christmas grandkids were very happy

I bought 2 of these within 3 months of each other. One has completely failed and won't turn on and the 2nd one is getting more difficult to turn on each day. Not likely to last another month, based on the one that has already failed. I suspect the switches are of very poor integrity and fail easily. It is disappointing, because initially the towel warmer worked great...so much so that I bought a second one. Add to that the price has jumped by almost a $100 in the last year. I reached out to Amazon, but was told I needed to deal with the Seller directly. Good luck with that. There are numerous reviews with exactly this same problem. Bottom line....."AVOID THIS PRODUCT."
