Blublocker Viper Wraparound Sunglasses - Black

The Blublocker Viper Wraparound Sunglasses remind me of sweet wrappers children used for pretend glasses in the 'olden' days. The purple ones were the best, the orange not bad - in sunlight, everything was a deep amber. These give a similar effect.The frame is a shiny plastic black which looks as if it belongs on the cheap-to-medium priced toy shelf. If I were 6 acting out the mad scientist villain from a TV cartoon, these would be ideal. They might be considered 'awesome' and worn in an ironic sense by young adults. The little rubber grips on the arms seem detachable. One side had to be nudged back into place as it caught on hair.As to their effectiveness in blocking out blue light, I can't say. I returned them because there was overspill on the orange lens, which fell off leaving a rough edge. The rubber on one of the nose pieces was also damaged which might have worsened during wear. Made me wonder how long these would last. You could also see the glue line. Admittedly, these are slight imperfections but for £40.99, I'd expect better quality. It arrived in a thin plastic bag with a squashed cloth bag stuffed within a cardboard box. I might have considered a replacement but this wasn't an option.

Perfectly good glasses but very dark orange colour. If used in a room in the evening / night you can't see much apart from the TV screen, so be careful if you get up from your seat to move somewhere else. Have to say they don't help me sleep any better, and so now I don't use them, though I realise that's hardly proof that the concept doesn't work. It might work for you, though from my perspective they were an expensive waste of money

Very pleased with my BluBlocker Viper Wraparound Sunglasses, i've been having the beginnings of headaches at work and a colleague recommend these to me. I've been wearing them as soon as i feel the beginning of a headache and they have relieved me. I would recommend them to anyone who also suffers from Migraines as well.

These are great for clocking out blue light and they do fit tight. However, I have to wear my normal spectacles over the top which pushes them tight onto my face (which is good for getting rid of any gaps where light could get in) which makes them steam up.

I bought these to try and help me sleep better and they really do seem to work. After suffering years of sleep problems, I do believe I get to sleep quicker and tend to sleep better when I have been using them for a couple of hours or so before going to bed. I also think they are really good as normal sunglasses and particularly good when driving as they make everything really clear. They also look quite snazzy! The only issue is that there is a piece of rubber on the arm which my hair gets caught in whenever I take them off.

My wife suffers from migraine and these glasses make bright lights so much better to cope with. They do give a slight orange tint however the vision is clear and provide wrap around protection.

Quite expensive really for the quality but I do like them a lot and always wear them while driving. They resolve the issue of dazzling sunlight coming in at the side, from which normal sunglasses do not offer protection.

The glasses work great for relaxing the eye at night. The quality of the material (plastic) seems rather cheap, which makes the product unproportionally expensive. Still: they do their job and I like them.
