To the positive terminal of your middle bank where it it ties in to the last bank in parallel. Assuming you have three banks of 6v batteries wired in series (neg to pos) then all three banks wired together in parallel (neg to neg; pos to pos). Two 6v batteries in series gives you 12v. Three banks of 12v wired in parallel gives you 12v plus you can now take the amp hour of one battery and multiple by 3 to determine your total amp hours. Assuming all 6 batteries have the same amp hour ratings.

It’s pretty unlikely you will pull more than 500 amps on that setup. 1 shunt is all you need, size it for your anticipated load. The 500a shunt you asked about would work fine for all but the most extreme installs.

Can't set a voltage floor. Use the victron app in demo mode to test. If you are trying to shut down battery at a discharge voltage, use the "smart batrrery protect" 48v 100A.
