Vitamin D3, 100 Count

Bottle appeared half full, and the plastic vacuum seal was small and only covered half the lid. I pulled the lid off easily without disturbing the plastic, and under the cap there is a pull tab seal that was very firmly glued on. I was still suspicious so I counted all the capsules, I counted 99. I never was very good at counting. Anyway, all capsules were uniform and appeared to be normal size and quality for D gel capsules. So I took one 30 minutes ago and I feel fine. I'm supposed to take 50,000 iu per week of a slow release gel capsule, but my Dr went on vacay for a whole MONTH in Dec and left me hanging without renewing my script. So this will stand in 4 days a week (I know that's only 40,000 iu but I'm being cautious). I will upgrade this to 5 stars if I feel noticeably better in a week. I have pretty severe iron and D deficiency and it's obvious when I skip vitamins. Great price on this, will be a good backup if it functions as well as my prescription D. Update: works just as well as prescription, I can tel when I miss a dose.

I am very deficient in Vitamin D, and have to take at least 5,000 IU of D3 daily. This is a bottle of vitamin D3 in rapid-release soft gels. Each softgel contains 10,000 IU of D3. The gel caps are a reasonable size as well. While they are not micro capsules, they are still small enough to be manageable for most people. I have a very hard time swallowing pills, and can get these down okay. I even like the yellow bottle and yellow pop-top lid. The only downside to these capsules is the smell. While not overpowering, they do have an odor I do not care for at all. But I will put up with that for the good quality capsule with a good dosage at a reasonable price.

Good price and I love the small size of the capsule. Vitamin D is important, especially in cold and cloudy climates, and these are perfect.

The price point on the supplement was great when I purchased it. However, it does not seem to work as well as other vitamin d supplements that I have used. I'm not sure why that would be the case, it just seems the quality is not as good.

These are pretty strong vitamin D pills. I started taking this after my doctor suggested my vitamin D level was really low. The first thing I will say is that these pills are relatively small but give you a ton of vitamin D in just a single pill. I just take one every day to get my vitamin D level up and then just one every other day. It is suggested you take one a day if needed but this really is a large amount of vitamin D but nothing out of the normal range. It is fairly easy to swallow and does not need much water but I still down a glass of water every time I take this. The pills do feel a little moist but at least they do not stick to each other. In term of effects, it took about a month before I really started to notice the effect. It really gave me a good amount of energy and also improved my mood throughout the day. I did not feel as down and drained. I would definitely recommend this if your mood has not been feeling very positive as vitamin D does effect your mood. It is just a pill a day. It is recommend you have a meal with it to make it easier to process but not required. It takes time for this to really effect you if you are low on vitamin D. It is inexpensive but I definitely recommend these to get your vitamin D level to good levels.

These are great. Effective and helps with getting that vitamin c you need daily even if you’re stuck in a windowless office. Highly recommend. Good value

Really not much to say here. These are good high potency Vitamin D gel caps at a good price. In order to keep my Vitamin D levels near the upper end of the healthy range, I need to take about 5000 IU per day. I saw these at a good price so I grabbed them. Now I just take them three or four days a week. I would have preferred if they contained olive or coconut oil, instead of sunflower and safflower oil. But, it's not a big deal. I've found Puritan's Pride supplements to be pretty solid. This one is no exception. Good product.

I think that this is a great price compared to other brands and it has a good quantity in each bottle so that it will not run out too quickly. I have seen an increase in my Vitamin D count in my blood work since starting to take these and they are small and easy to swallow which is great. I will be buying these again as long as I need to continue to supplement my Vitamin D levels for my health. No issues at all with these supplements.

Been delivered today, 2 bottles have the capsules melted inside the bottle, so disappointed waste of money
