Very good hangiri bowl for the price.
For the price this is a very good bowl. It looks beautiful and does a very good job. If I had any down side at all it would be the wood is very lightweight and therefore feels a little like very heavy balsa wood. But it’s not, it’s perfectly fine and does and good job, and most people would never know the difference between this bowl and one three times the price except the feel is light. I would recommend this, it looks beautiful the finish is excellent, unless your making sushi every day this a perfectly suitable bowl. Works perfectly well.

Waste of my money! I want refund
I used this for making Chirashi-sushi like you do in Japan. I used only once and the both the metal bits came off. A proper Japanese Sushi-oke would not break so easily like this and I am so mad it costed me £30. Poor quality. Definitely not recommend!
