For the price it is a very nice and lovely chair. I was worried a bit because one of the boxes was a little ripped and open, more so most likely due to travel for delivery. But the chair was perfectly fine and came it two boxes all at the same time though I was told there could be a delay, which there was only by one day. But getting both was great. So please know it comes in two separate boxes. But it makes it easier to get into the house. Though you might need help with the bigger box. Still vibrations work great as does the heat. It was super simple to put together, no tools needed at all. Everything just clips into place. Just make sure you push everything all the way in, so nothing is wobbling. You will know once fully in as it is stiff and sturdy. My pregnant wife who I got this for with our budget for it was on sale, loves it and says it is extremely comfortable. As does our 5 year old daughter. So I highly recommend this chair for the price. It is spacious and has wonderful swivel, and fully comfortable.

One of the best things that I have for my nursery, this chair will save my back, the massage setting is like a vibration but is very relaxing, very comfortable, perfect size, not too bulky, so easy to put together and take apart, love the quality, very easy to recline, love the way it rocks too! Great price, great delivery, got here in 3 days, best investment for sure! Easy to clean too

Super comfortable!! I originally purchased this chair for my mom who has issues with balance and her knee. The swivel is very loose and there is no brake. This coupled with the lack of lever function made it impossible for her to use, so consider who will be using the chair. That said, I brought it to my home and love it! The heat feature is comforting without being overwhelming. The extention/recline is perfect. The massage feature is just OK, its loud and a little hard to adjust the zones. Not the best remote, its not lit and a little hard to read. Very easy to assemble in minutes. To sum it up great chair, not a wise choice for the elderly.

Kinda cheap quality but for the price, its more than worth it. Massage feature is nice. It only vibrates but again, great for the price. Assembly was so easy, I didnt bother with the instructions. Big and comfortable, I could easily lean it back and go to sleep.

This chair is just beautiful. Looks great is so comfortable and massager is great . Directions are not great could have put letters on wires to show what went into what but over all it’s great buy for the money

I am 9 months pregnant and bought this as a nursery chair. Im shocked by the quality. It rocks and spins well. Assembly is literally just sliding thr arms then back rest on. They lock into place. No tools needed. Im uncomfortable in everything I sit in. This is nice. Its a little firm but I'm very comfortable. The massage function is just vibration but for the price I'll take it. Love it now and itll be a great baby chair. Its not hard to get out if at all.

Comfortable chair, heat is good , easy to put together but vibrating is loud and leave a little to be desired but for the price it is a good chair and a good buy

This is a decent chair at a very good price. The construction is pretty sturdy and the faux leather material feels thick and durable. Padding is pretty good on the arms and seat but could use some more support in the lumbar area. Also could use more padding on the footrest but it's still pretty comfortable while reclining. One thing I don't like is when fully reclined there is a large gap between the back and the seat. The side and front pockets are convenient for storing the controller and TV remote and the cupholders are a nice bonus. I opted for the USB upgrade and I like that I can charge my phone or other small devices without having to plug into a wall outlet. Massage function and heat are okay but nothing special. I received the item almost a full week ahead of the estimated delivery date so that was a nice surprise. Overall a good value and a nice upgrade from my previous recliner.
