Well made and comfortable. I bought this to replace a latex topper that had developed a rubbery odor.I did a lot of reading on reviews and decided on this topper. It is just perfect. No odor right out of the wrappers. It regained its 3” thickness within an hour but I left it a full day before putting it on the bed.I have a cover that is like a fitted sheet. The sides fit over the mattress and the top zips the topper in place over the mattress. It holds the topper in place so I can’t say how the straps that come with this topper work.I have not complaints about this product at this time. That may change but I don’t anticipate it.

Yes, yes, yes! I was hesitant on purchasing because I spent hundreds of dollars on my last one but after seeing so much positive feedback on lower back pain being reduced I took the risk. After one night of sleeping on this I woke up feeling so refreshed. It’s very comfortable and fit great on my mattress. Love that it locks in place with the straps. If you’re thinking on it just buy it! It’s wonderful.

Couldn’t be happier With this memory foam comforter money value was great and it relieved my back pain immensely.I didn’t let it air out for 48 hours. I went ahead and slept on it within 24 hours. Had no problems with my sleep, even then.I know customers have complained in the past about other memory foams with a distinct smell. This one does not have one Harley at all. I also like that you can take the outside cover off and wash it.

Well worth every cent! Ordered to try because our matress is too firm. We let it sit out over 24hrs to fully expand and set before using. The chemical "odor" was very faint which is a plus. This topper definitely adds a soft surface and we notice a BIG difference in comfort just in the few nights we have had it. I was nervous paying a "steeper price" for a matress topper vs some cheaper ones I saw, but it has proven worth it in our opinion. Husband measured and it was true to size for our King as well as 3in thick as advertised. The corner straps seem sturdy so far. The cover IS machine washable which is great, but not waterproof, so we just purchased our own fabric waterproof cover for it and it works out great!

Me and my husband bought a mattress from Jordan‘s furniture last year. We spent $7000 with everything including the frame that lifts the bed up and down. We were so excited we even did the Bridget thing which formed our bodies and told us what mattresses would be great for us I am overweight, and my husband is very much in shape. We are stomach and side sleepers. We were never comfortable in our bed And we didn’t understand because we got the bed that they told us to get money was not an issue we wanted to just get something where we wouldn’t be in pain anymore so I used to ChatGPT and it mentioned that I might like this mattress topper and I cannot tell you how much better I feel since using it. We are both literally amazed I can actually sleep on my back and that never happens but even when I sleep on my stomach, I wake up feeling rested finally I can’t believe I paid so much money for a mattress and still had to buy something to put on top of it, but to be honest, I will re-purchase this over and over again if I need to.

Just enough firmness that you don't stink into it, but very soft.

UPDATE: after talking with the seller about the inability to return the mattress pad because it expands, they were willing to refund my purchase and I am getting rid of it on my end. Changed the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because of the sellers desire to put customer service first.Original post:First of all, I decided to try this one because others indicated it had some firmness. It is soft. I woke up in the middle of the night in a hole. Definitely not for me as I was looking for some good support for my back (herniated disc).Secondly because the product expands there is no way to get it back into the box. The seller wants you to return it to ups in a box. Not happening. When I reached out to the seller they suggested Ia 50% refund and I could keep or sell. I really just want to get rid of it and not have to deal with trying to get money. So if you think you will return this easily after opening, and want that option on the table this pad is NOT the way to go. Super frustrated.
