Came on time myoscars love them good for cold water fish as well my lion head and faint sips love it two,I allso use heron on other sites

Awful, it turns to a slimy pulp. Fish wouldn't eat it. When cleaning my external filter it was completely blocked with this food. I only ever throw one at a time until they stop eating, they'd spit it out again after a few seconds. I've never brought cheap food before and won't again. Lesson learnt.

To big for adult cichlids. Need to be soaked first. My fish don't like them
