I was pleasantly surprised. Nice packaging and quality product. I have used several times and it stretches lower back as it’s supposed to- but I felt a little sore the next day. I think it’s part of the process.

This has given me so much relief for my lower back and sometimes I place it just right where it gives relief for my mid-lower back. The compression, heat, and vibrations are amazing. The first few times you will be sore, so lay there for a few minutes before getting up- do this 1-2x a day for the best results!!

I have achieved real relief from my sore lower back with this device. It helps stretch out my lower back while also giving it a nice vibrating massage with heat and it even has a built in TENS device. I am happy with my purchase.

I gave this a one for this reason. There are several contraindications to the use of this device which you only learn about after your receive it and read the pamphlet that comes with it. It is contraindicated for spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, and few other conditions. When I read this, I packed it up and sent it back not wanting to risk exacerbating my wife's spondylolisthesis and causing more harm than good. These contraindications need to be spelled out on the web site before people purchase it.

My husband has a bad back but this has made such a difference. He was going to need surgery until using this. Honestly a great product for anyone with back issues.
