I was overall pleased with this item. You have the option of altering the power of the stimulation that this product puts on your abs. I found that I didn't need to increase the power much at all before I felt a really deep stimulation right in the middle of my core. I do a lot of core at the gym already but this still felt like a good workout for me. It felt like going through a high number of crunches followed by a long intense isometric hold. Enough to feel the burn. I will need to keep it up on a regular basis to see the results but I can imagine it is effective.
