Wow, this thing is bigger than I expected! I'm a pretty big guy and I can actually stretch out in it. I use it for ice baths after workouts, and it's been helpful for muscle recovery. It seems really well-made and sturdy, not like a cheap pool floaty. It's a bit of a process to fill and empty, but that's expected. I wish I had a chiller for it, but ice works. It came with everything, even an air pump, to get it set up. It is worth it to me.

I blieve, ice Plunges are the best way to get recover fast after workout, so decided to get this one, and Yes, it works very well, but chiller is not included. Since I id some researchers about the chillers, they go between $500 to $1000, so they are really pricey and I personally use ice instead. All walls of this Plunge are made with thick materials which is heavy duty and keeps water cold. In addition, air pumps is included and it takes less than 5 minutes to set up and fill up this unit. Besides, size is decent and great for a tall person.

This ice bath tub has a large space. I am 5'9" and I can sit inside with my legs flat. I am satisfied with the comfort.
