I absolutely think this product has made my skin better! My face feels great and looks great! Less swelling and facial lines I like it better than some of the more expensive products.

I can see the difference in my face after the first week of use . This was my second order. I was delighted to be able to order through Amazon .

UPDATE 7/12/25: I've now been using Miami MD for 3 months and 1 week. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I bought this cream because they said it reduces lines around the lips (My other wrinkles don't bother me, I'm 73). I used it faithfully morning and night. I saw absolutely no improvement anywhere on my face, not even frown lines reported in my update on 4/27, but I'm attaching a photo from today, so you be the judge. There's still a little bit left in the jar, so it lasts about 4.5 months. Certainly not worth the time and money in my book. UPDATE 4/27/2025: It's been 3 weeks + 1 day since I started. There are some more, almost imperceptible improvements. Added 3 photos from today. Not sure if it's worth the hassle, but the jar is still almost full (see last photo). The big question: do I return it in time to get a refund (because it really isn't "age-defying" in my book - I still have lines around my lips that make me look my age), or do I keep using it, hoping it will continue to make small improvements, and get sucked into paying $55+ (maybe every 6-9 months?) for the rest of my life? Haven't decided. FIRST REVIEW: I purchased Miami MD a few weeks ago. First application was April 5. Today, I took a comparison photo for the 1 area that shows visible improvment: my frown lines. I purchased it for the wrinkles around my mouth, especially my lips, and the jury's still out, so we'll see. I was happy to see at least some improvement.

I'm sure if I was younger I would see a huge difference but I am 66 and I have a ton of wrinkles because I had too much fun when I was younger and my skin was never a thought. This definitely helps as far as helping to smooth out the wrinkles as far as lifting and firming my skin, somewhat. I do like the face cream and I recommend it but if you are like me don't expect miracles. SCENT - none, SKIN SOFTNESS - yes, EFFECTIVENESS - somewhat, ABSORBENCY - excellent, SKIN IRRITATION - none that I have experienced, all in all it is a good facial cream that I recommend.

It’s a nice smooth moisturizer but as far as helping with wrinkles and fine lines you can forget that!! Been using 3 weeks and no change at all in fine lines but that is what I assumed would happen, costly for a moisturizer so don’t waste your money!

This is my third time to order this face cream. I love the way it feels and my skin looks better than it has in a while. I love the simplicity of just using one product instead of a system.

It really makes your skin soft for sure. But far as the wrinkles, can’t see or tell a difference on that.

I bought this product thinking it would improve my skin texture but, it made my face skin look dull, I thought it would improve if I used it for a week but it did not work. The amount in the jar was less than half like a sample, very expensive and $55 is way too much for this stuff. In reality most are just moisturizers marketed as anti-aging products.*texture, finding them less appealing than anticipated. As with all skincare purchases, conducting thorough research, consulting with skincare professionals, and patch testing are recommended steps to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of adverse reactions. such as the higher price point, the absence of a free sample option, and the lack of clinical studies. This is a TOTAL scam. I would appreciate if I get back my money, I can send back the cream. Thanks! FULL REFUND PLEASE!
