Even after going a size down in an attempt to achieve a firmer compression, the desired smoothing effect around the midsection was not achieved. It's good for light smoothing, but it doesn't live up to the high-compression hype

Im 5'7, 208lbs, apple shaped (no booty 😅). My waist is around 37" and i wear a 16. This xl/1x size *just* fits me. This is tight. I am losing weight, so this will be good as I continue. The 2x3x isn't as supportive, but it's a more comfortable compression at the waist. This smaller size was on the border based on the size guide, and it unquestionably fits, but definitely something I will wear for only a few hours and take off cause I want to breath. This doesnt magically lift your boobs, but it will keep them up in a top/dress with some straps/structure. It is very stretchy, but the legs are *just* short and my thighs rub :/. I do love this so far tho tbh.
