DON'T BUY THIS WATCH!!
This watch has an alarm that chimes when you lose connection with your bluetooth. There is no way to stop it from happening. It is random, loud and can go off 8 to 15 times in a day! No customer support information. Buyer beware, it's made overseas with bad directions and information. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews like we did. We are returning this product!

I feel like these reviews are somehow staged
I find it extremely interesting that all of the reviews are dated somewhere between 7/15/18 and 7/17/18 and are all 5 star. I also find it very interesting that some reviews state that the buyer had it over a month, but reviewed only over the last day or two. I would be careful about making this purchase. I feel like these reviews are somehow staged.

I returned the watch and would not recommend this
The product has all fake reviews. I bought the product After seeing the 5 star reviews. When the product came the instructions were unclear and there is no name of the app or WE code for the app. I returned the watch and would not recommend this watch

Captain Here.The instructions are abysmal at best. I get it.For Iphone users... just get the Apple Watch. You already spent a boatload on the Iphone, it's not logical to cheap out on this.Galaxy S!Users need to understand that this is not a simple sync that can be done via the app. You will need to utilize Bluetooth pairing first to get started.After paired...The most important thing you need to adjust, is your BTnotifications, this allows the watch to collect texts, phone data, etc.Google Play store- Download app BTnotification by Shenzhen Fen Yun Technology Co. Ltd.This app does nothing but guide you to the Accessibility Settings - Services - BTnotification (TURN IT ON)This can be found towards the bottom of Accessibility settings.Then it's synced.*Flies away

No information on what app to use
The instructions say download the app but they don't say what the app is??? I've only been able to connect to make calls but nothing else yet

Would not recommend.
Just as all the other negative reviews state, do not purchase. I believe all the positive ratings were falsely reported. This watch is not a user friendly watch. The hour format is in Military time and cannot be changed. I couldn't even figure out how to connect my phone to the watch. Everything I touched on the phone stated "No SIM Card" There are absolutely no instructions on how to download which app to be able to use the stupid thing. What little and unclear instructions there are, are in broken English. The translated sentences make no sense what so ever. I know this watch didn't cost all that much but, I was expecting something a little better than what I received. SHEESH!! I can not return it now because I waited too long. That's completely on me I know and am not complaining about the fact I waited too long. However, I did at least start a return and found out to return the stupid watch, I would have had to pay for return shipping and would have only received back between $20-$24. I paid almost $50 with tax and upgraded shipping as I have a Prime Membership and paid something like $12 extra for 1 day shipping. Never again with this company.

May be used
Package came used in wrong box. It works ok but only uses military time which my son doesn’t understand. (Special needs) also need HR monitor which someone said in review that you could check but can’t find that setting. Good for some things but a plain running watch for cross country is the way we are deciding to go. Thanks!

Bad Watch… Fake Reviews?
No info for app to use, spend $$ on a better watch. Will be sent back now.
