Whoops! After you take the harness off the shipping thing - an image of a cat wearing the harness - there is nothing to guide you. As a result I put it on the kitten backwards with the clip on leash at the neck.My big fat fingers have a time with the tiny snap on leash and the very small strap snaps. They should sell smaller more nimble fingers with this.Too much hassle to take off so I leave it on the kitten who now thinks that's normal. Then I just put on the leash when taking little Bobcat out to play on my desk while I'm on the computer.All in all this is an excellent way to train a kitten. Without the harness/leash he'd crawl into my computer wires and make a mess, or become a snack for my 4 dogs. He's much to small for that. Need to let him grow to full size before the dogs have him for dinner. Just kidding!

My cat is quite small, and this strap works well. It tightens and loosens to a fairly high degree. Make sure you tighten the straps on the cat so it's fairly tight (say, able to fit just 2 fingers under the strap), otherwise it is possible for the cat to escape if it pulls hard enough. Mine did once, but it shouldn't happen if you use it correctly.

Actually my cat got out of this although it did fit her larger girth-nice product and I am sure another cat who is not scared by sudden noises would do fine. I am thinking of trying the harness which looks like a jacket We have used this kind of H-Harness with our other cats who walk fine on-leash.

Fits perfectly and she loves being able to go out and catch fireflies.

I wasn’t sure if it would fit my kitten since he was still so young when I got it to start training him to be walked.. My kitten loves being able to go out on little walks and explore his domain haha! I love not losing track of him and having to chase after him! It fit him perfectly after I adjusted the buckles a bit! He scratches at it sometimes but it’s holding up better than his old fashion collar so good job! I use a retractable leash (made for small breed dogs) with the harness so he can have his freedom but it does tug a little at him so that took him some getting used to.. 5/5

This harness would have gotten a better review if my cat hadn't been able to literally tear up the nylon with his hind claws. If your cat is used to wearing a harness, then this will probably suit your needs. However, if he/she resists (or has never worn) a harness, save your money.

I first used it on my cat when he was 9 weeks old. So it fits a small cat 🐱

Works well

My cat has a 10” neck and 14” chest, 13lbs. I knew it would be close to not fitting, but it is unusable on him.

Fits my big boy just fine and is secure. He loves walking now outside

Trying to train my kitten to go for walks, it’s not really working but the leash is a pretty color! Plus he doesn’t mind the harness that much

The harness broke the first time worn. I used it to put the cat outside on a ground leash. A 1 year old 10 pound cat could run with enough force to rip right through it.

The product was good. It was too small for my cat.
