FORGET THEIR WARRANTY, THERE IS NO SERVICE SINCE LV TOOK OVER
Own three RIMOWA bags, two of three have broken (handles, zippers), now learn that since LV bought the brand, there is no service in the little town of CHICAGO (USA #3). Kaehler still lists on website, as does RIMOWA, no one told anyone that LV pulled the plug on CHICAGO SERVICE months ago. So I have another broken bag under warranty and are receiving suggestions for service out of the 1950's (as in, buy a box, pack carefully, pay to ship, send to some place to New Jersey, await our decision, maybe we can fix, maybe not, whatever...)Hello Tumi!

Getting repairs is like pulling teeth...
I have 8 Rimowa cases, so I’m definitely a fan, but getting repairs has become painful. Used to drop-off in Chicago and it’d show up 2 wks later with repairs done, no charge.Now, gotta send off & await estimate and then hope they don’t pick youR pocket. Sad.

Fantastic carry on luggage option
used a friend’s for two international trips. quality is superb and divider is fantastic. dress shirts stayed crisp and more organized in this luggage. wheels are buttery smooth and tsa locks are a wonderful touch for security and appearance purposes
