Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid, 9x4 inch (1 lb Dough Capacity), Non-Stick Sandwich Bread Loaf Pan for Homemade Baking Bread（Black）

I keep forgetting to take a picture of my bread after using this loaf pan, and I only bake occasionally, so you are gonna have to take my word for it - this pan is amazing and creates a PERFECT gluten-free loaf! I wasn't sure about using it since there are holes in the bottom and GF breads are more like quick bread batter (I was worried they would leak out all over my oven or counter) but I have found the pan works great. I use a wet spatula to smooth the top of the loaf and let the bread rise on a warming mat with the lid on, but I take the lid off to bake since I like a slightly rounded loaf top. I grease the pan generously with lard or crisco to ensure the bread comes out easily and I don't damage the pan. It makes a nice, tall, even loaf. Bakes evenly too!

I like this loaf for making square bread. It’s easy to use. So far, bread comes out easily. It’s easy to clean. It’s an all around good loaf pan to add to your kitchen.

The headline is a bit deceiving because it says that it is a 2-pack of pans, but then it says that it is "single" and when it arrived, there was only one pan. Regardless of the wonky listing, the pan works beautifully! We use this for smaller loaves of sourdough bread and we haven't had any issues of the bread sticking or burning! Really, really love it!

The finish seems to be slowly wearing off after only three uses. Doesn’t seem very healthy to me. It comes off on the bread. The bread comes out easily It washes easily. I’m looking for a replacement.
