Thyme forward, but also sweet
This is a pretty interesting seasoning for chicken... It's labeled as sweet peeper... and my kneejerk reaction is to expect sweet heat... It's really more herbal than heat though and with that background of the honey sweetness. Definitely a good seasoning but way different than expected. If you're looking for a combination of sweet and herbal, this works great. Don't go in expecting heat though!
