Will this rail fit on a Mossberg 930?

A word about mounting the picatinny rail. The mounting screws for these picatinny rails, regardless of manufacturer, are not the correct length for the 4 mounting holes on the various Mossberg shotguns. To have a perfect fit it will be necessary to disassemble the shotgun down to a bare receiver. You want to be able to see the underneath side of the mounting holes. I used a Dremel tool with a sanding disc and then an oxide/rubber polishing ball to cut each screw to the right length. The screw is the right length when it is mounted and flush with the underneath side of the receiver. Once mounted with blue Loctite the assembly will not move and there will be no interference with the operation of the shotgun. I torqued my screws to 15 inch-pounds. It's work, but you can sleep at night knowing it's a perfect job and will last the life of the shotgun. I mounted my picatinny rail to a Mossberg 590.

This one looks a bit smoother. Like it spent a lot more time in the cnc. And it has the notches labeled I guess.
