Within 3 months of usage the fan has stopped working completely, didn't expect such a terrible product from such a reputed brand

Excellent quality, but not smart really.
It's very good Breeze even at speed 1. And the spread is also wide enough. Quality and look also excellent. Cons: the Orient app is not very convenient at all. Not integrated with Google and Alexa properly. Only switch on and off can be done.

Makes tick tick noise
The product looks very good. It also has advanced features. I bought it assuming that it will be silent. But after few days of usage, it is giving a tick tick sound. The support person also checked the issue, but the issue comes up again. Not a good experience.

It is a con by orient
The claim that it is an iot fan is false.the wifi needs to be of 2.5 where now a days everybody has min 5 G wifi.the technician also could not help .secondly it gives false impression that alexa may be possibke to be used bec it is supposedly iot.but no. It is a deceptively advertised iot fan.
