I was surprised at the level of craftmanship in creating this chef's knife. It is not only razor sharp, well balanced, beautifully designed and sturdy, but is so nicely balanced and feels great even in my small, female hand. I love the cutout area for your forefinger and will probably insert a silicone comfort band in it to make it feel even better. It's heavier than I expected but I prefer that! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Came on time , was a gift for my husband. It's very sharp, cuts amazingly well. Handles all kinds of different foods. Made very well. Easy to use, and was super affordable.

Great knife, especially for the money. Light weight, sharp enough to glide right through sourdough. Very comfortable to hold.

Extremely sharp. It does have some rough spots in the finish especially around handle pins and joints. It is a good Nakiri but just a little heavy. It is a really beautiful piece and a very esthetically pleasing.

I love cooking and I believe having a good knife is important for a cook. I spent $$$ in quality knife’s but even with the quality knives it gets dull and needs sharpening. Recently, I decided I wanted a boning knife since I am always deboning meat. After looking on Amazon and reading many reviews. I decided on this particular knife, figured the price was cheap, reviews were good and the brand from other reviews I have read about it. Received today, couldn’t wait to test it out, I figured if it isn’t good, return it goes, nothing to lost. I have to say OMG, it cuts like butter, so smooth and easy. I just hope it stays sharp like this, which I highly doubt, all knives need sharpening after so many uses. But for the price, I am happy for now.

Sleek, sharp, balanced, beautiful knife. I purchased this as a gift for my husband during Christmas & it was his favorite thing he unwrapped. I highly recommend this knife for the value. Only con is it’s so sharp, he cut the sheath taking it out lol
