Absolutely delicious, should have bought more than one.

This sausage was odd from the start. The sausage, in its original wrapping, was inside a baggie. A white sticker had been placed on the original packaging covering the bar code. I peeled the sticker off and compared it to the bar code on the baggie. They didn't match.The sausage it self was very soft and squishy. Not how sausage usually feels. There was a rancid odor to the sausage.I've purchased from this company before without problems. Don't know why this was different. Don't think I will purchase from them again.

Good flavor sausage, just wish the value was a bit better for what you get, but, understandable for purchasing online.

Good garlic flavor.. would prefer a courser grind... smoked some slices w/hickory for bout an hour, they were excellent!!
