The problem is that the structure is too flimsy. Upon insertion in the nostril they work fine. As soon as you move or rollover they tend to slip and end up vertical rather than horizontal in the nostril. In other words they actually *block* your airway. Try Mute instead. Do nothing for snoring but are good for breathing.

I've tried several different kinds of nasal dilators, this one is the best. But it does get a little sore wearing it after a while. The price is also high in my opinion for what they are.

I've tried a variety of nasal dialators and these are my favorite. Many are made from hard plastic and hurt my nose, others are too flimsy. These work for me. They keep raising the price, should be no more than $5 for a piece of plastic.

This things changed my life. I’ve tried other types and would take them out in my sleep every night. I still take these out randomly like once every two weeks and my dog chews it up, but if I’m getting 13 out of 14 great nights of sleep then it’s sooo worth it. I have small nostrils and congestion issues and these make it possible for me to breathe out of my nose when sleeping. I breathe so much deeper, wake up refreshed without headaches. I cannot say enough good things. Not saying this style will be perfect for everyone but I am saying try as many dif kinds as u need until you find something that works cause it’s life changing.

When I do still catch my husband snoring it has dramatically dropped the noise level. I use them as well and it is nice being able to breathe good. I used to use the breath right strips but I always feel like I am losing a layer of cells every day when I have to peel them off. This is perfect because it goes in the nose. Give it one night to feel a little odd but after than it is no issue. If I can get my spouse to wear it every night then it has to be comfortable!
