I bought this for open heart surgery, but I never stopped using it. It is as comfortable as a sport bra and better than my Bali, Playtex, and others. It's also great that I can control the shoulder height, although I suggest pinching the hook tighter on the shoulder once the preferred hook is selected, as my shoulder hooks would come loose. I had expected the multiple hooks to be a lot of trouble, irritating and difficult, but it's not. I lack normal use of my fingers, but they slip together with ease. I normally prefer sports bras over the head for ease and comfort, but now struggle to pull those down into place. This eliminates that, keeps the comfort, and also takes the place of the standard daily bras. Great lift and separation as well as high quality and comfortable. I love the Brabic brand now, but would skip the ones like this with built-in extra strap across the top, as the band is useless after the initial inflammation goes down. Luckily it's removable. Otherwise this bra was awesome.

I'm wearing this on the tightest fitting and it's still very big. I have just had breat lift and implants I went with xl as per size chart recommendations but it's very large.
