Ordered this product hoping for decent quality meat. FedEx messed up and didn't deliver it for over a week. The seller was incredibly helpful and made sure I received the replacement, even checking in several times to make sure things where going smoothly. Excellent quality meat, better than I'd hoped for and even better customer service. Worth every penny if your on the fence.

There was a little shipping snafu when we place the order. Said it would get here by Feb 12th and if it didn't, we could request a refund after Feb 19th, Feb 19th came and went and there was absolutely no indication that it was ever going to come. Contacted seller on Feb 21st to request a refund. They apologized and said package was never picked up from them by shipping company. They said they would get it out Monday. They were very good at responding after making contact. Product arrived exactly when they said it would after directly contacting them. Meat was a big hit at our dinner. We shared it between 4 couples because none of us had ever tasted Wagyu. It did not disappoint. There was only one feedback that we all had and it had to do with the cut of meat. All of us agreed that we would have prefered to have a thicker cut of meat. Instead of it being wider, thicker would have been prefered, for whatever ounce is purchased. One slice we got was pretty thin. But as far as customer service, packaging, & flavor of the meat, we all agreed it was A+.

Cook on stove top on medium high heat for 90 seconds per side. Only use salt and pepper, no cooking oil added and it was amazing!
