No major changes here....
I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks. I haven't noticed any drastic changes in my appetite or digestion. I will finish the bottle and re-review.

Too early to assess the effectiveness
I don’t know how effective this product is yet. I just received it yesterday, chewed a couple gummies last night, & was down 1 pound. Of course, I did eat less last evening & was not hungry. I will do the same tonight & keep you posted!

I've only been on these for a couple of weeks. But when I forget to take my two, I can see a huge difference in my appetite. I love the way they slowly dissolve in your mouth. You're not supposed to chew them up. I can see myself having these around for a long time to maintain. Sometimes I think it's harder to lose 10 lb than it is 50. Lol

I enjoyed taking these gummies but they do taste like vinegar. I'm not sure if I lost weight using them because I am not a very large person with much weight to lose, but it was fun eating them while trying.
