5 stars! Great incubator highly recommend.
This incubator works great! I use it in my second grade classroom. It’s quiet and does not disrupt the kids. It fits nicely on a desk in the corner of the classroom. We had a successful hatch rate with our chicks. There was no smell. It is light weight, students were easily able to move it and set it up. It looks great and provides ample viewing for the students. The temperature and humid hold well. No problems what’s so ever!

Best incubator Ever!
This is not a paid advertisement and I was not given this incubator. This is a five incubator. It is the easiest, most reliable one I have ever had. It does practically everything by itself. I had a 48 egg in another incubator that I used last month and the temperature would fluctuate up and down requiring constant adjustments. In the end all 48 eggs were not viable. My next attempt was to buy one from Walmart, but within an hour it broke. My third attempt was to buy this one. Setting it up was a breeze. I placed 22 eggs in the incubator and after a few days the Missouri tornado hit, knocking out my power for one week. Threw out those eggs. My last attempt was to put 22 eggs in incubator and last night I candled them. All but five were viable. I am very happy with this incubator and plan to use it again as soon as my little chicks are born.

New model is such an improvement!
Bought this same incubator last year and since they have made updates. This new version of the incubator is much better at regulating temperature and humidity with the attached fan on the side. I have hatched 4 rounds of eggs so far with this model. Ducks: last year with the old model 2/3 hatched Chicks: 4/7 hatched (started with the old model and had to purchase a new model as it wasn’t regulating temp) Chicks: 5/5 hatched (new model only!) Ducks: 1/3 hatched (again switched from the old model to the new at the start of incubation) I did have a second duck that started to hatch but didn’t make it. Ducks: 3/3 new model Overall I’ve had a 100% hatch rate when using strictly the new updated model of this product!

Killed my quail…
Incubator was working great right up until eggs went into lockdown. The humidifier failed and the humidity would not stay above 50%. (Looks like the wiring may have become corroded?) It killed all 18 of my quail eggs…. (Caused shrink wrapping of the egg membrane and I couldn’t trouble shoot it enough to save them). I tried to reach out to the company multiple times to sort things out or get assistance before posting a review and they never responded. I’m out the money on the incubator, my eggs, and a month of time, hope, and love that I put into those eggs. Did a bit of research on this incubator too and it seems like I’m not the only person to have the humidifier fail on this product. Amazon took the blame for the product issue in the past and hid those reviews on the site claiming “they shipped the product so they take responsibility for its issues”. Really recommend going with a different option. I wish I did.

Poor user manual
Seems well built for the price. Not complicated or tricky. I feel for price it's a good value. Now for the bad. It's not about the incubator but the instructions and support instead. This is due to the poor user manual /instructions and an inactive EveryGrow website. Once I had everything together, I began a test run and all functions worked as directed and simple enough. Now this is the only issue I had, and probably similar products in that price range has, is that I could not figure out why the humidity level stayed at 73-75% range! I thought the sensor was bad or the controller is not accurate and inferior. Turns out I was wrong. I left for a weekend trip leaving just 3 eggs to test and it stayed at 75% the whole time I was gone. I know the range for the 1st 18 days needs to be 55% - 60% avg so when I returned from my trip I resumed again to try to figure out. No where does the manual included mentions this but in order to regulate proper humidity level "Do NOT leave water bottle in the holder"!!!! You will need to quickly remove eggs, remove trays, dump all water out, dry very well, put it all to together quickly(minutes) and watch humidity rise and it will go to high levels again because the installed sponge is saturated. Just let it run a couple hrs. and it begin to drop down to your settings, or before putting together, swap out little sponge with dry new one and it will adjust much quicker. The key is NOT to leave bottle installed. So, as it drops it may drop lower than your setting, now this is when you incrementally add water. Do so deliberately and patiently. Take bottle to add water and as soon as it blows a couple bubbles in the bottle remove. DO NOT ADD ANYMORE. Just wait and watch humidity begin to rise. It should reach your determined range, about 55% for about 15 days. Raise to 75% for 3 days, bring back down to 55% last three days. At this point if eggs are healthy, formed, hatching should occur. I am currently in day 5 so it remains to be seen on day 21. I candled those 3 eggs, 2 of 3 appeared to show development. The 3rd egg did not. Still could happen. I almost returned it to Amazon but since I figured it out, for the money I will keep it. It's a pretty nice incubator. I will post an update on day 21 or 22 if all goes well or not. Not a bad buy by no means. Instructions are not clear or detailed like we do in the USA. Update: 2 days later I decided to see what would happen if I installed water bottle and it worked. Apparently, there must have been air in the water passage to the tray that kept feeding water. It has now stopped, and it regulates as it should. Incubator works great. All embryos are intact, alive, and continuing through development. 13 days to go until hatch day! Last Update: all 3 eggs hatched! The incubation process was so simple (other than the humidity issue at first) That now I can say the incubator is a 5 star. I knocked down my rating to a 4 because of the manual and their website. But the machine is well worth it. I almost bought the KEBONNIXS, but you have to add water frequently. (small reservoir) The EveryGrow water bottle holds for entire incubation period. Update: I saw where others had problems and were discouraged. Either they happened to get a bad production model or they have no idea what they are doing. It is a very good incubator for the price. I could have easily paid twice as much for an incubator with a brand name but glad I didn't. It does the job. Usually it would a be a beginner that doesn't have the experience to figure any small issues out. For those who that are like that just buy your chicks.

It works!
My 4 year old loves the movie Migration and had been asking me for weeks if she could have an egg out of the fridge to sit on because she really, really, really wanted to hatch one. I told her the best way I could that it just doesn't work that way and she cannot hatch the groceries - fast forward to our visit to grandmas (who has land and chickens), naturally we came home with 3 possibly fertilized chicken eggs! So what was a girl to do other than jump on Amazon and find an inexpensive incubator that can arrive fast!? This was the lucky winner and it did not disappoint! I had never in my life tried to hatch eggs, let alone under so much pressure, lol. This was easy to assemble. The brand/seller provided a video that was super helpful in making sure I assembled correctly. The temp and humidity buttons are easy to use if you need to adjust settings. It was small enough to sit on my counter in our small kitchen. It was quiet. I'd forget it was there sometimes. I filled the water jug all the way up when I set it up and I had to turn around and fill it all the way up once more that same night. After that I think I maybe had to fill it 4 more times throughout the 21 days. The eggs rotated nicely. I left the machine on the preset settings which was 100*F and 60% humidity. I used the light feature to candle the eggs a few times to see if they were indeed fertile. I was able to see veins in 2 of the 3 eggs using that feature so it did the job. My 3rd egg just wasn't fertilized so it wasn't the incubators fault that one didn't hatch. On day 19 I removed the orange rotation device and bumped the humidity to 65% (because my research suggested doing so) and magically on day 21 I noticed the cracks and had 2 healthy baby chicks!! Before seeing those cracks I honestly wasn't sure if there were live chickens in there or not! After they hatched they were dry and fluffy within 12 hours so I moved them to a brooder box. All in all, I'd say this is a nice little starter incubator!

High hatch rate, durable machine
I bought the same incubator a year or two ago. It's still going strong. I always have close to 100% hatch. I bought a second. It has a slightly different design but seems to work just as well. The company has always been responsive when I've emailed questions and when there was a defect, they replaced it immediately. If you're looking for an incubator, this is easy to use, great price, great product. Reliable. I think the fact my first one is still operating perfectly, it's reasonably durable.
