Having agreed to make the flowers for a wedding cake, I was faced with the prospect of creating roses from scratch. Then a friend in the industry suggested I use the "buds" as the central core for the roses. Wiring the buds first, and after an evening drying out, I started the what was a lengthy construction to achieve the desired effect. I was amazed at my progress wrapping petals round the bud core and soon ending up with a beautiful rose cake topper.I would recommend this product to anyone interested in creating flowers from petal paste, to use this product. The end results are lightweight and therefore suitable for any position on a celebration cake without the need for heavy wires or lots of royal icing to secure the blooms to the cake.The product arrived ahead of schedule and packaged well with the contents undamaged.

Too expensive and too small

Used these to make roses for a wedding cake as they are a lighter option than flower paste buds. Although expensive, did a good job
