These are great quality (very bright) sturdy/quality smart flood lights. They look great and feel well made. We fitted them to the garage so we would have light in the driveway and in the garden. Hadn’t really read many reviews of people doing that - only using them in the garden but this shows you absolutley can install them on a wall if needed. Local electrician fitted them for us. The wiring/cable length is of a decent length. He just drilled some holes and fed the cable through plugging the lights into the socket already inside our garage. They have a little strip of metal (almost like a kickstand) at the back that he used to secure them to the wall. The work perfectly. Only thing is when you try to connect them to the internet/pair them to the app on initial start up - it asks you to push and hold a button on the wiring loom. Just make sure you can easily access/reach that button. We had to use a handy wooden spoon to reach the button as the lights/cabling was running along the top of the garage. Would absolutely recommend these lights. Electrician was impressed with them too. Easily controlled using the app (colour, schedules, brightness) and can be controlled through various other smart systems (home assistant, Alexa etc).

These lights are very good quality. They are bright but can also be turned down if needed. Easy to mount and connection to the phone is seamless

Govee are expensive but very good quality.

Functionally excellent, and very easy to load into Google Home. Installation using the brackets though, is awkward - the brackets won’t come off, so you’ll need a right angle adapter for a screw fitting, or a flexible screwdriver of some kind.

5 stars ! lightweight and durable, super bright if you want them to and fun lighting themes although they can make your house or garden look like a circus but you can just use a warm or cool white if you want them to. I imagine they are great for partying if you like that kind of thing. Everything is of good quality as you would expect from a product that is a bit expensive yet totally worth the money in my opinion. The customisation is endless though the app.

Fantastic lights, really well built and designed. Set up was very quick and easy, app is really easy to use and great features for light effects. Length cable is generous so can space out lights . Nothing else compares, brilliant .

I’ve bought these to replace the original version of the Govee floodlights which have failed. The new design seem to be much more robust and weatherproof - so expect them to last several years, rather than one. Govee produce great lights, but choose the latest generation as I am slowly moving to.

The Allen key bolts holding the light to the bracket do not undo, so unless using the garden spikes (which does not suit my location) - fixing the bracket to a wall to hold the lights is impossible. What should have been a simple and quick installation, is anything but. Returning product to Amazon for a refund.
